Custom cushions made with durable vinyls are easy to keep clean, perfect for booths in your restaurant or in your kitchen banquette. Choose from top brands of vinyl fabrics from Futura, J. Ennis and Maharam. These commercial-grade vinyl fabrics are beautiful and resilient.

Your vinyl cushion includes a coordinating zipper along the back side, and the finished product will be within ½" of your provided dimensions.

CumuPlush + Batting (Indoor/Outdoor)
This filling is recommended for outdoor applications and may also be used indoors. CumuPlush is a special layered blend of dry conjugate fiber and densified polyfiber designed to not retain water and resist mildew. Batting is added to the top and bottom of the CumuPlush to give the cushion an elegant, rounded look. Thickness measurements are taken seam to seam. Foam + Batting (Button Option) (Indoor)
Foam fill is only recommended for indoor applications since water may be retained in the foam for longer periods of time. Batting is added to the top and bottom of the foam to give the cushion an elegant, rounded look. Thickness measurements are taken seam to seam. Reticulated Foam (Indoor/Outdoor)
Reticulated foam is a porous, low-density foam. Lightweight and mildew resistant, reticulated foam is an excellent choice for outdoor settings.
*Thickness measurements are taken seam to seam. The loft on each side of your cushion could be up to 1" greater than your specified thickness, as the insert's thickness is slightly larger, making sure you get that taut, filled effect.
Optimal Comfort (Indoor/Covered Outdoor)
Optimal Comfort fill consists of a foam inner core with a layer of gel memory foam on top and bottom, fully wrapped in batting, enclosed in a liner with zipper. *Please note that we recommend Optimal Comfort for indoor or COVERED OUTDOOR USAGE only and not areas that will be rained on heavily. Cushion Width
Measure the width of the cushion at the widest point as the left to right measurement when standing in front of the furniture where the cushion will be placed. We accept whole, half, and quarter-inch (.25 or .75) increments only. (Cushions more than 52" wide may show one or more visible seams in the cushion fabric when choosing a vertically directional fabric.) A zipper will be placed along the width of the cushion.

Measure the depth of the cushion at the deepest point as the front to back measurement when standing in front of the furniture where the cushion will be placed. We accept whole, half, and quarter-inch (.25 or .75) increments only.

Vertical
Directional fabrics will run from front to back (top to bottom)
Horizontal
Directional fabrics will run from side to side (left to right)
No Welting
Cushion will not have any welting (cording/piping) along the seams.
Box Edge
Cushion will have a seam around the top and bottom edges and is available in a broader range of thicknesses.
All Squared
All 4 corners are squared.
Rounded Back
The front 2 corners are squared, and the back 2 corners are rounded. All rounded corners have a radius of 4 inches. If you require a different radius, a template will be required. More Info
