The Steamer Cushions were for a friend. I measured the chairs and placed the order with a little shaky confidence, since this was a special order. I also ordered without having actually seen the fabric first hand -- only the picture on the website. My fears were put to rest when the cushions came. I had the pleasure of dealing with your salesperson, Trish. I placed an order for custom made cushions via the cusionsource.com website. I was extremely pleased with the quality of the cushions and the speed with which I received the cushions. However, I had ordered knife cut on both the chair cushions and the bench cushion, but when I received them, the chair cushions were knife cut and the bench cushion was box cut. I telephoned your company and had the pleasure of speaking with Trish. She was very eager to help and made my problem a priority. She processed a replacement and I received it very quickly. She then called to ensure that I received it and that I was happy with my replacement. I would highly recommend your company. Trish is very focused on customer service and customer satisfaction. These are rare qualities in an employee. Obviously this level of service and commitment must also be encouraged by the company as a whole. So I did not want this experience to go unnoticed.
