The products are always perfect and of great quality. Shipping is also pretty fast. I can’t find anything bad about my experience. However the good part was that I made an error in measurements and contacted them right away. They took care of it promptly.

Every single order from Cushion Source exceed expectations. I was trying to order better quality cushions for my patio furniture but had already tossed the old pillows. I was sort of ballparking what I needed. The Cushion Source team sent me a question and asked for a photo. Not only had I ordered the wrong treatment but the CS team corrected what I needed based on the photo. It arrived this weekend and it is absolutely perfect. I can't say enough about my satisfaction and also gratitude for your expertise to correct my erroneous measurement.

So many options and very quick! Service was great! Fabric wasn't exact color shown on website but I know this is hard to manage and I could have bought a sample.

Absolutely I would recommend you to others. First and foremost was the customer support. Shay provided us with exceptional support, even consulting with us and making recommendations about how we should shape cushions for optimum appearance. Shay's communication was excellent. Second, is the quality of the cushions, fabric, and positioning of the fabric on the cushions so that stripes flowed from back to seat to ottoman. All superior quality.
