Cushion Source is a wonderful company to work with. Their communication and customer service is outstanding. The online ordering process was easy, I ordered a window seat cushion, and it fits my space perfectly. I would definitely use this company again and recommend to others. What stood out to me the most was when I had to telephone the company, and a person answered on the first ring! She was polite and helpful. Another thing that stood out to me was when someone reached out to me via email to make certain I knew the fabric would have seams on the top of the cushion because I needed the fabric pattern to be vertical. When the cushion arrived, the 2 seams were nearly invisible and were matched perfectly to the pattern.

I would recommend Cushion Source. Felt they were friendly when called and answered all questions, focused on details. I appreciated that they reached out to me, when the material would have a seam down the center unless I changed the lay of the pattern, which I did.

I would tell anyone that you are an amazing company. Your response to customer needs and follow up is superb and your speedy delivery is appreciated. I was concerned about a pattern with a large repeat and how it would be on a smaller pillow. You went to the length to mock up the design and show me how it would appear on my pillow. It was perfect and the pillow arrived exactly as shown. I was so happy with the outcome I ordered a large day bed mattress. There were instructions for adjusting for piping around mattress. You guys followed up with me to be sure I had accommodated in my measuring. Super impressive.

I was very happy with the cushions I received; they're well made, comfortable to sit on, and they were made to the measurements that I supplied. I think the ordering process, price transparency, and instructions on how to measure were very helpful.

I had a great experience. The cushion is exactly as imagined. I really liked that they followed up about my measurements to make sure it would fit well. I made a small change in size. I didn't consider a price change but they refunded that small difference. It was just nice to have everything so effortlessly handled.

Professional detailed customer service, assuring cushions were made to specifications, even making suggestion for improvement in design/ fabric pairing. But always giving me the choice before work was started. It was like being in a shop with real person, but wasn't. VERY, very helpful. Received cushions, in excellent condition, and they were better than my expectations. Extremely happy with this company.

They fit perfectly and are very comfortable. I had two different types of chairs and wanted the cushions to match. Pretty pricey but I won't have to replace them next year.
