Excellent customer service. Prompt delivery even though mine were custom made cushions. Highly recommend. Would definitely use again. It was so nice being able to actually speak with a person to answer any question.

I absolutely recommend Cushion Source. My first purchase of the cushions years ago were of such quality. All I needed to do was to order upgraded color and material to change the look. And these cushion covers are beautifully done. So professional.

My cushion came in exactly as I ordered it. The quality is top notch, the delivery was quicker then expected and the product is very durable. Quality of the product was better than I expected.

High quality. Well worth the price. You got the measurements exactly right. Also the pattern on the back cushion perfectly aligned with the pattern on the seat cushion.

Great cushions (so far). Love the stitching quality. My only complaint is the rear couch pillow/backs are just a bit smaller (width) than expected based on my conversation with the customer service agent using that specific fill. But I'm not complaining. Will be interested to see how long these last. They are for outdoors but are covered and will be stored indoors during winter. Customer service was helpful when I called. Delivery was faster than expected. This was my second purchase.

I love the quality of Cushion Source cushions. We have purchased from Cushion Source several times, and quality and customer service are the best. We made a template for our front porch rocking chairs on the recommendation of customer service. I could not be happier with the cushions; they're comfortable and fit our rocking chairs perfectly.

Use them! I like being able to change the fabrics and see what the end result would look like.

ALL the items I ordered were somewhat custom. I was concerned something may arrive and not work. Nope! Everything was ordered and arrived with NO issues! So happy! I would tell anyone the customer service team is very helpful no matter who you get when you call. Easy to order, even custom items. AND it all arrived exactly as needed. Everything fit perfectly!
