This company provided excellent customer service, a very well designed website for making selections, and a quick turn around time. The attention to the detail within my order was great. I made an error and an employee there caught it and worked with me to correct it so that the fit of my cushions was correct. Thank you for having people who know what they are doing with an order aside from just processing it through. When I do need something else, I will be back to your site. I bookmarked it.

The cushion is a bit shorter than what I ordered, but it will do. I was most disappointed in the color. I ordered sand and it is much grayer than it appeared on line. I don't care for the color.

Very impressed with my first-ever purchase of a custom bench cushion. You have an excellent selection of fabrics in different compositions and price points. Both the fabric and foam cushion insert I selected are high-quality. The cushion is well-sewn, and its overall appearance looks high-end, custom, and professional. The custom cushion arrived very quickly. I would not hesitate to order here again or recommend this company to others.

We ordered a custom cushion in January. The post office lost the original template. Shannon was wonderful checking for us periodically. She finally suggested we resend a new template. We did so and sent her the tracking info as we were out of state. She followed up with us and let us know when it was received, in production and being mailed. She is a great representative for your company. As for the item, we received it and it is beautiful! Thank you so much for delivering such a quality product.
