ALL the items I ordered were somewhat custom. I was concerned something may arrive and not work. Nope! Everything was ordered and arrived with NO issues! So happy! I would tell anyone the customer service team is very helpful no matter who you get when you call. Easy to order, even custom items. AND it all arrived exactly as needed. Everything fit perfectly!

Order with confidence. The recommendations for measuring are good online but it was better to speak with someone over the phone. My new cushions fit perfectly. Getting fabric samples was also very convenient. The customer service person I spoke to knew her stuff and gave me great advice.
