Very satisfied with the looks of the cushion. Just received it today--can't comment on the use of it. But, it is a perfect fit and looks nice.

I ordered two window seat cushions and throw pillows to match and I love them both! They are well made, the color looks the same as the website showed it to be and the quality of the fabric is wonderful. I could not be happier.

I ordered custom cushions for an oversized wooden desk chair (a back cushion and a seat cushion). The directions on the web site were very easy to follow. I wanted to provide my own fabric for the cushions and did contact customer service with additional questions. Customer service was excellent both over the phone and by email. I provided my own templete for the cusion size and was concerned about the cushion fitting properly. The finished product was absolutely great. I am very pleased with the chair cushions.

The cushions were perfect. I loved the material. They fit beautifully. I liked them so much, I'm trying to order some more. I sent an e-mail earlier today with some questions.

Surprisingly fast.......the custom window seat cushion arrived at our home just 9 days after we placed the order. The wife loves it and we plan to order drapes to match.
