The cushion came as I expected. The quality and fit is perfect. The manufacture and delivery time were also very reasonable. I would order again from your company if the need exists. As you know I submitted a detailed solids drawing fully dimensioned. It would have been a little more friendly if that is all I had to do. Making of the template was a bit of a task but I do understand that helps eliminate potential errors in translation from a drawing to product. Thanks

When speaking with customer service to place the original order the person was very helpful and polite. One day after placing the original order, I spoke with customer service to request changes to the order. Again, the person was very helpful and polite.
This was a much easier process than I ever imagined! JoNiya was such a pleasure to work with and was very patient and helpful with the entire process. We were so pleased with the website, the order process and delivery time. When the cushions were delivered, one of the bags was cut open somehow, but I examined everything before the delivery person left, and all was fine. We are so pleased with the quality of the workmanship, material, and overall product.
