My new cushion turned out perfectly! I really like it! The material is high quality. The seams are perfectly straight and well done. The rounded corners are subtle, but well executed. The ties in the back were thick and sufficiently long to make a strong tie. Measurements and sizing directions were all followed perfectly.

My first cushion arrived without trim and stained (from shipping there was a hole in the packaging). I spoke with the representative I ordered the cushion from (Tricia.) We have only been using them for a few days, but so far we're very pleased with the cushions. Other than the minor difficulty of making the templates - and I'm not sure how that could be avoided for unusually shaped custom cushions like ours - our experience was easy and pleasant.
