Cushion Height

Measure the Height of the cushion as the bottom to top measurement when standing in front of the furniture where the cushion will be placed. We accept whole and half-inch increments only.

Cushion Depth

Measure the Depth of the cushion as the front to back measurement when standing in front of the furniture where the cushion will be placed. We accept whole and half-inch increments only.

Cushion Width

Measure the Width of the cushion as the left to right measurement when standing in front of the furniture where the cushion will be placed. We accept whole and half-inch increments only. (Cushions more than 52" wide may show one or more visible seams in the cushion fabric when choosing a vertically directional fabric.) A zipper will be placed along the width of the cushion.

Our pads are only offered in a 2" thickness. However, our cushions are available up to 8" thick.

Foam (Indoor)

Foam fill is recommended for all indoor or protected outdoor applications since water may be retained in the foam cushion for longer periods of time. Click here for more info.

CumuPlush (Indoor/Outdoor)

CumuPlush fill is a special layered blend of dry conjugate fiber and densified polyfiber designed to not retain water and resist mildew. This filling is recommended for outdoor applications and may also be used indoors. Thickness measurements are taken seam to seam. Click here for more info.

Pinched

Pinched connection uses a seam sewn in the middle to connect your cushions. This method is available on cushions up to 4" thick.

Joining Piece connection uses a small 2" flap of fabric to connect your cushions.

Unjoined means your cushions will not be connected. You will receive separate cushions.

Managing to look both sophisticated and stylish, Cushion Source's traditional custom chair pads are ideal for home, office or outdoors. Create your own style by choosing from hundreds of our fabrics, or we can customize your chair pad with your own fabric. Our custom cushions can be made for indoor or outdoor use, and your choice of ties can be added to make your new cushion perfect for you. Measurements are taken from corner seam to corner seam and do not include thickness of welting.

Our chair pads work best for aesthetic purposes. If you are looking for comfort, we recommend our Standard Custom Chair Cushions that are offered in 3" (most popular) to 8" thick.
