Cushions are beautiful, ordering was easy, amazing communication and fast turnaround. Nice Custom cushions for an affordable price. Better than originals. The best part was the seamless process. I even forgot to order one cushion and someone helped us get it ordered so it would match what we just received. Everyone has been so helpful

Cushion Source is a wonderful company to work with. Their communication and customer service is outstanding. The online ordering process was easy, I ordered a window seat cushion, and it fits my space perfectly. I would definitely use this company again and recommend to others. What stood out to me the most was when I had to telephone the company, and a person answered on the first ring! She was polite and helpful. Another thing that stood out to me was when someone reached out to me via email to make certain I knew the fabric would have seams on the top of the cushion because I needed the fabric pattern to be vertical. When the cushion arrived, the 2 seams were nearly invisible and were matched perfectly to the pattern.

I would recommend Cushion Source. Felt they were friendly when called and answered all questions, focused on details. I appreciated that they reached out to me, when the material would have a seam down the center unless I changed the lay of the pattern, which I did.
