The cushions are wonderful - came exactly as expected and within a reasonable amount of time. I had not been able to get reasonable custom cushions for our odd sized outdoor furniture and my old ones were in horrible shape. My porch is now beautiful and is being enjoyed.
The frame on my old, cheap (Home Depot) patio set is still in terrific condition, but after 7 years, the cushions were not. I had ordered cushions from Cushion Source for an outdoor chair once before, about 6 years ago, and it held up well being outdoors year round, (Lots of sun and snow) so I went to them to replace the bench cushions. I found the same light blue pattern that I loved, and so now the chair matches the bench. In the pictures online where you order, the bottom and the back look about the same, but in real life, the bottom (where you sit) is very straight across, whereas the part where your back goes, is fuller and rounder. The whole effect is spectacular, I believe my bench/porch is now the best in the neighborhood! It's Top Quality, and I'm sure that's no exaggeration. You pay a lot but you get a lot. Not disappointed at all and will order again from this company when the time comes.

Good variety of cushion fabrics and colors/patterns. A bit pricey, but quality of work and cushion materials are exceptional. Service was absoutely top notch - an error in location of zipper on one cushion was made, but Peggy in Customer Support took responsibility for making everything right, ...and quickly. Final set of cushions exceeded my expectations. Be sure your people know that their work and efforts are appreciated.
