Great quality! Very fast production! I worked with a company rep twice and they were both VERY helpful and kind.
I was apprehensive about ordering such a large cushion online, however, the end result was wonderful and I couldn't be more pleased. I did order several samples and scoured the website to try and find the best option for me. I ended up speaking with Peggy and she was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and prompt in her responses to me. The window seat cushion and bolsters arrived as described and are well made.
Beautiful cushion, thank you
Received my order! Looks great!! It was perfect!!
It was very easy to order a custom pillow on your site. There was a wide variety of fabrics available to choose from I had to contact customer service after I placed the order as I realized PayPal had indicated the incorrect shipping address. This was all corrected over the phone with customer service. Very prompt, polite and efficient customer service staff! Very pleased.
We are so very pleased with the outcome of 4 cushions!! Very well made with the highest standard craftsmanship. I am a seamstress but did not have the time to make these cushions. I am so very happy with the final product!! I will definitely recommend your company to anyone who needs your services.
The Ivory color is beautiful and matches the rest of my deck furniture exactly. The cushion is 4 inches thick, and much more comfortable than the 1 inch that came with the lounge chairs. I only wish that it was a little softer. The service was wonderful.
As has happened with previous orders, my last order was handled timely and the quality was better than expected! I will order again if the need arises…
My order was completed before the projected time frame. My cushion is perfect! The quality of construction is terrific.
Very happy with the patio chair cushions. I thought the entire process was easy to follow. From getting fabric samples to entering the order and receiving the cushions. Very pleased
They are perfect!! So very pleased.
Very satisfied with quality and prompt delivery
Loved the cushions and pillow .. well done, fit perfectly, and quick turnaround.
I love the work you do! This time I used my own fabric and the process was simple and the end result is excellent. The cushions are going on two side by side benches. The stripes match perfectly like they were one cushion! Thank you for your attention to detail.
Service and product was outstanding. My cushion was perfect just what I ordered I appreciate your attention to detail
Great job!
Cushion is beautiful and made well
Box arrived in poor condition due to rain however contents were perfect. I was switching out the new cushions covers for older ones and the process went smoothly. I love your products and your customer service.
The cushions arrived intact and in good packaging. There were no issues getting them right into the dormer bench seat I purchased them for.
The cushions are very comfortable
Due to the direction of the fabric pattern, visible seams may be present on the top and bottom of the cushion and will not be able to be hidden.
To prevent this, you will need to change the direction of the fabric on your order.
