We received the cushion earlier than expected, so that was great. It was packaged well. The measurements were perfect, so it fits very well in our bay window seat. The quality of the sewing and the material are both great. It was an expensive item for us, but we are very pleased. The turnaround time was kind of long, but we understood that it was a custom item and it was the holidays so you had a lot of orders. It was great that you delivered ahead of schedule (under-promise and over-deliver works!). We may end up eventually ordering another cushion for another bay window seat that we have.
Process to order and complete order was extremely easy! It seemed like I missed something - but everything arrived perfectly. One issue was the plastic wrap used to cover the cushion during shipping. It had torn during shipping. I was concerned that the cushion may have been damaged, but everything was good.

Markay was the best individual you could possibly have representing your organization. She took care of me as if this was her very own company. The fabric sent from La-Z-boy was flawed, she could have just returned it to me or at a minimum, could have made it my problem. She called (!) me to let me know there was a problem, walked me through a solution, personally called a second time to let me know she had received the new fabric and how she was going to proceed. In an era where you can never speak with a human and in the event you do, they are rarely helpful, Markay was wonderful. I hope this compliment makes it's way to her to let her know how much I appreciated all of her efforts. Thank you Markay!!! And I love my cushion and pillows!
