We were disappointed in the construction and stitching of our window seat. I sent pictures in and was contacted promptly by a customer service rep, Victoria. She sent Fed Ex to come pick up the cushion. Once back at Cushion Source, Victoria called to explain the fabric we selected would not stand up to our type of use, our dog likes to lay on it. She sent suggested sample fabrics, of which we selected one. While we had to pay extra for the better fabric, it was so worth it. We absolutely love the cushion. I can't thank Victoria and Cushion Source enough for their top notch customer service. Will be glad to share the experience.
