My order was delivered earlier than expected. The cushions were exactly as I had ordered and the fabric, color and fit are perfect!

Very happy with the cushions. The explanations of the different cushion uses and feel on the website helped with the cushion selection. I called customer service before ordering to find out whether batting was included in thickness or in addition to it. The person who assisted on the phone was knowledgeable and polite. You may wish to add a note on the website that batting is not included in thickness. Cushions arrived ahead of schedule and in perfect order. Thank you.

This is my second custom order with Cushion Source. I was very happy with the results. This was the first time I had to make patterns, hoping and praying that I didn't give you wrong measurements! I had ordered sample fabric swatches, so there wasn't any guessing on what the material was like. These cushions are going in our newly converted Sprinter Camper Van and we will be using them for both seating and sleeping. The cushions turned out great and will be very comfortable to sleep on! We really love them! Thanks for such good quality work!

Couldn't have been more pleased. Milan apologized for the mix-up. Understandably asked for a photo, and that was it. Received the correct pillow cover in a few weeks, just in time for Thanksgiving. Although we only corresponded through email, I could tell she was very personable. You're lucky to have her as an employee. She's very good at her job.
