My cushions came out great!! They were funny shaped, so I had to send a template, but they came perfect and beautiful! They even called me with a question they had, so I felt like they were on the ball. I would absolutely order from them again! I am 100% satisfied with my custom cushion order. They are beautiful and a great addition to bench seating/banquette. The website and ordering process was so easy to do. The order was shipped and received on time.

Cushion Source is simply a great company to deal with. The products I ordered were well crafted and the delivery was earlier than was promised. But the extraordinary experience I had was their customer support. One of the pillows was not the ordered size. This of course happens occasionally in the course of doing business. When I reached out to Cushion Source they were absolutely fantastic with fixing the problem. No push back or argument, instead they were very helpful and corrected the problem as promptly as they could. Victoria was particularly courteous and went to enormous lengths to correct the problem. They provide a level of service that is rare to find these days. I can't recommend them highly enough.
