Our exclusive Optimal Comfort Chair Seat and Back Cushion Set provides an incomparable level of comfort to your seating. This set is what we deem as complete cushion bliss. By coupling the chair seat and back cushion, we are able to supply your seating with allover luxury.

Our Optimal Comfort process begins with our quality upholstery foam as the cushion core. The core is layered with MicroGel Memory Foam on top and bottom, providing the cushion the option of reversibility. We then wrap the cushion on the bottom and top with poly fiber batting for further plushness. By placing the batting in these specific areas, it ensures that the cushion can be placed side by side without bulging, giving your seating a clean uniform appearance. Next, the cushion filling is inserted inside a Hanes liner.

*Please note that we recommend Optimal Comfort for indoor or COVERED OUTDOOR USAGE only and not areas that will be rained on heavily.

Cushion Height
Measure the height of the cushion as the bottom to top measurement when standing in front of the furniture where the cushion will be placed. We accept whole and half-inch increments only.
Cushion Depth
Measure the depth of the cushion at the deepest point as the front to back measurement when standing in front of the furniture where the cushion will be placed. We accept whole, half, and quarter-inch (.25 or .75) increments only.
Cushion Width
Measure the width of the cushion at the widest point as the left to right measurement when standing in front of the furniture where the cushion will be placed. We accept whole, half, and quarter-inch (.25 or .75) increments only. (Cushions more than 52" wide may show one or more visible seams in the cushion fabric when choosing a vertically directional fabric.) A zipper will be placed along the width of the cushion.

Box Edge
Cushion will have a seam around the top and bottom edges and is available in a broader range of thicknesses.
Optimal Comfort (Indoor/Covered Outdoor)
Optimal Comfort fill consists of a foam inner core with a layer of gel memory foam on top and bottom, fully wrapped in batting, enclosed in a liner with zipper. *Please note that we recommend Optimal Comfort for indoor or COVERED OUTDOOR USAGE only and not areas that will be rained on heavily.
