Complete your unique design project by adding a rectangular, standard bench back cushion to your decor. Crisp corners and edges are featured on the finished cushion. The addition of welting will accentuate this feature. With hundreds of fabric choices, your custom cushions will be a fashion statement - one that says you have excellent taste in design and home decorating. Whether you want to exactly match your bench's seat cushion or coordinate with it, our online tools will guide you in the right direction. Your finished product will be within ½" of your provided dimensions. Measurements do not include thickness of welting.

Double Welting
Cushion will have double welting (cording/piping) along the seams. All welting is cut on the bias, giving it an angled appearance. Welting Cut on the Bias
No Welting
Cushion will not have any welting (cording/piping) along the seams.
Cushion Width
Measure the width of the cushion at the widest point as the left to right measurement when standing in front of the furniture where the cushion will be placed. We accept whole, half, and quarter-inch (.25 or .75) increments only. (Cushions more than 52" wide may show one or more visible seams in the cushion fabric when choosing a vertically directional fabric.) A zipper will be placed along the width of the cushion.
Cushion Height
Measure the height of the cushion as the bottom to top measurement when standing in front of the furniture where the cushion will be placed. We accept whole and half-inch increments only.
Vertical
Directional fabrics will run from front to back (top to bottom)
Horizontal
Directional fabrics will run from side to side (left to right)

Thickness is a matter of personal taste, but there are a few things to consider:
- Our most popular thickness is 3 inches.
- As a general rule, the thicker the cushion, the longer the cushion will provide comfortable support.
- Some fill types are not available for all thicknesses.

Box Edge
Cushion will have a seam around the top and bottom edges and is available in a broader range of thicknesses.
CumuPlush (Indoor/Outdoor)
CumuPlush fill is a special layered blend of dry conjugate fiber and densified polyfiber designed to not retain water and resist mildew. This filling is recommended for outdoor applications and may also be used indoors. More Info
*Thickness measurements are taken seam to seam. The loft on each side of your cushion could be up to 1" greater than your specified thickness, as the insert's thickness is slightly larger, making sure you get that taut, filled effect.
Medium Foam (Indoor)
Foam fill is recommended for indoor or protected outdoor applications since water may be retained in the foam cushion for longer periods of time.
*Thickness measurements are taken seam to seam. The loft on each side of your cushion could be up to 1" greater than your specified thickness, as the insert's thickness is slightly larger, making sure you get that taut, filled effect.
Reticulated Foam (Indoor/Outdoor)
Reticulated foam is a porous, low-density foam. Lightweight and mildew resistant, reticulated foam is an excellent choice for outdoor settings.

All 4 corners are squared.
Rounded Top
The bottom 2 corners are squared, and the top 2 corners are rounded. All rounded corners have a radius of 4 inches. If you require a different radius, a template will be required. More Info

Ties on 2 Top Corners (Ties are sewn into the top seam of the cushion. Each fabric tie is 12 to 14 inches in length.)
