We ordered six samples before deciding to order - which was very helpful! We needed a cushion for a new window seat in a remodeled room of our house. We called the company before ordering to find out which delivery company they used - which was FedEx for us. The employee was gracious and made certain that I had no other questions. We had no concerns - the company delivered the window seat cushion before the date we were given upon ordering. The seat arrived without damage and is exactly what we hoped it would be! Thank you! I had bought a Poly and Bark leather sofa October 2021 and it was so absolutely uncomfortable that it was causing us pain. I did not want to purchase another sofa already so thought about replacing only the inside which worked out perfectly. I spent less than $500 but actually saved about $1200 this way. The cushion is great. Shipping, while costly but understandably so due to the size, was great.
