Customer Reviews

I am very pleased with the cushions made by Cushion Source! And the customer service was exceptional! There was a problem with my order to which I was not aware. I ordered bottom and back cushions for a swing. I was able to get the exact measurements but I had the zippers placed in the wrong seam line. One of your representatives, Shannon James, recognized the problem and sent me an email. I called and was so happy that I was able to talk to her. A real person offering help with my order! That indicated that Cushion Source was a company that cared about their product and making the customer satisfied. AND, the result was that it cost me $100 less! I will definitely use Cushion Source again and call if I have any questions, even before I place the order because I know you are a legitimate company that has real people to talk to!!!

Everything was perfect. I use Cushion Source for all my cushion needs. I have always been extremely satisfied with their work. They are awesome!

Much better to have exactly what you want custom made for about the same cost of quality store bought pillows.

excellent service, product was exactly as ordered.

Beautiful quality work, all materials and craftmanship are superb. Great support on phone for questions. I have been buying your products for 20 years and you never disappoint. I am happy to buy from an American company that makes their product in the USA.

Great company. Great service. Thank you.

I was extremely happy with our custom cushions. They are exactly what we wanted.

Cushion Source did a beautiful job sewing my window seat cushion cover and bolsters. I had an issue that you addressed promptly and courteously to my complete satisfaction.

Excellent quality. The representative who helped me was excellent. She even caught me on a mistake that I made. I would recommend this company highly who needs custom cushions.

nice and quick shipping.

I though I measured accurately but when the custom cushions arrived they were too big for my chairs. That was my mistake, not theirs. So, I highly recommend using their instructions for making a template the size of your chair seat. The product is excellently made. I just moved to Paris so I'll have the cushions altered here, but the cushion source does make a very high quality product. I do recommend them!
