I was apprehensive about ordering such a large cushion online, however, the end result was wonderful and I couldn't be more pleased. I did order several samples and scoured the website to try and find the best option for me. I ended up speaking with Peggy and she was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and prompt in her responses to me. The window seat cushion and bolsters arrived as described and are well made.

It was very easy to order a custom pillow on your site. There was a wide variety of fabrics available to choose from I had to contact customer service after I placed the order as I realized PayPal had indicated the incorrect shipping address. This was all corrected over the phone with customer service. Very prompt, polite and efficient customer service staff! Very pleased.

The Ivory color is beautiful and matches the rest of my deck furniture exactly. The cushion is 4 inches thick, and much more comfortable than the 1 inch that came with the lounge chairs. I only wish that it was a little softer. The service was wonderful.
