I have received the 5 cushions I order from you and I am very pleased with them. They fit perfectly into their covers. I have 2 Flex Steel couches that I love but the cushions have never been right. The foam, it seemed to me, was much too big for the covers. This has been bothering me for the past 5 years. I finally decided to do something about it. Overall great experience. The options were mostly intuitive for me, but I did feel a little unsure upon placing my order simply because I've never done anything like this before. I appreciated the person who reached out to discuss a choice I had made on pattern orientation, and the finished product is fantastic.

Each time my cushions have been made well, and are sent well-packaged in a timely way. This past time I ordered only two additional outdoor throw pillows for new patio furniture that we purchased for our new patio that we were christening at my mother's 91st birthday party. I asked if you could rush them, and someone called and left a message that you weren't able to do rush orders. I understood. But then, the cushions came earlier than the promise date--like two weeks earlier!! I was thrilled. I called your number and talked to someone, whom I thanked profusely.
