I have been impressed with every single facet of my ordering cushions and pillows from you. I thought the order form was exceptional. I mailed in my own fabric and the customer service reps made sure everything was perfect, even asking their designers about a particular choice I could make. Then the cushions and pillows arrived and they are so perfect!! I can't wait to send in a photo of them in the bed swing. (I just haven't been able to set it all up yet.)

As we are in the middle of a move from Colorado to Arkansas (and thus back and forth between the two states), delivery had to be coordinated to ensure we would be there to receive it. Prior to placing my order, I called with questions about fabric options, and then later, I called to verify my template was satisfactory. All phone interactions were very pleasant and personal. Fabrics and style options were clearly illustrated/explained on the website, and the online ordering process was user-friendly. My custom cushion was shipped as promised, and is absolutely beautiful!
