I couldn't be happier with my new cushion. The product is very well made, and, even knowing where the top seam is on my long sofa cushion, I can't find it unless I run my fingers over the cushion to feel the seam. The cushion arrived right on time (within a day of the predicted delivery), and although I was a little alarmed at the plastic sheathing (only) packaging, the item was in great shape and not damaged at all during shipping. Thank you for your great service. I will use your company again when needed, and recommend you to friends. I am delighted with my cushion.

The cushions are just beautiful and finished as I would expect them to be. A little stiffer in the cushion feel, but definitely supportive for outdoor custom cushions. The customer service person was very accommodating and helpful as it took several communications to be sure all the specific notes I wanted to be sure were included and conveyed to the workroom were present and understood. Overall a pleasant experience.

I am very happy with my cushion for my bay window. The fit is perfect, and the craftsmanship is better than I expected. I chose a light color so that fading from the sun would not be obvious and I'm very pleased with the color and quality of the fabric. I will definitely use Cushion Source again!
I perused the web for some time before zeroing in on Cushion Source, as the perfect solution to my design challenge. And that challenge was to create custom seat cushions for facing benches with a table in between -- much as one would find on a sleeping boat or cruiser. They are in fact part of a room christened, "The Captain's Quarters," a new room in my home honoring my father, a Navy Captain, and his magnificent career afloat. Cushion Source's site was easy to navigate, and with such a broad array of fabrics to choose from -- very well organized in categories -- I quickly chose what I wanted. The order placed, I suddenly realized I'd given the wrong dimensions (yikes!). No problem, though. A quick phone call to Customer Service and the order was amended. When the cushions arrived, I was elated. They are beautiful!! Very well made, perfectly sized and when placed on the benches, they made the room complete. I have already placed another order and will highly recommend Cushion Source to my friends and colleagues because you hit all the marks perfectly. Bravo, folks! And thank you.
