I had a custom made patio bench and enclosure built, so when it came to cushions, I couldn't find any that would fit the space. When I originally made the order, I made a mistake in ordering two different fabrics for the cushion and pillows. With one quick call, everything was fixed and verified and I was again put at ease. I somehow ordered the wrong sized cushion the first time. By a lot. Customer service did a great job handling my issue and made a second cushion at cost.

As we are in the middle of a move from Colorado to Arkansas (and thus back and forth between the two states), delivery had to be coordinated to ensure we would be there to receive it.
