We are very pleased with the cushions. We originally purchased our patio set in Dubai and the sizes are non-standard. The quality of the workmanship and the comfort level of the cushions are both very high. We were a little apprehensive when we ordered as we weren't sure if the color palettes were accurate of the cushion density would be sufficient, but we're very satisfied with both.

I just wanted to thank everyone involved with the bench cushion order I placed a few months ago. I built a corner bench/storage seat that my wife found on Pinterest and wanted for our basement. We hadn't given much thought to the cushions until crunch time came before my daughter's birthday. Your site was one of the first that came up in my search and the app could not have made it easier to choose the size and options we wanted. The fabric options were extensive and my wife found exactly what she was looking for. Fortunately, we were assured that we would have them delivered by the date we needed them and placed our order. They arrived with time to spare and we could not have been happier. The dimensions were exactly what we had requested and it is obvious that you all take great care in the product you provide. Never having ordered custom cushions before I didn't give thought to anything other than dimensions and fabric. When they arrived it was apparent that there is much more going into a well made cushion. The seams were straight and oriented in the fabric pattern meticulously so as to be hidden as well as possible. I felt confident that we were going to receive a great product based on the design and ordering experience, but my expectations were significantly exceeded. Everyone at Cushion Source should feel proud that they offer an excellent service and exceptional products. I am not sure when I will need another cushion made but assure you that I will be a return customer. Thank you for being phenomenal when good can get you by!

I couldn't be happier with my new cushion. The product is very well made, and, even knowing where the top seam is on my long sofa cushion, I can't find it unless I run my fingers over the cushion to feel the seam. The cushion arrived right on time (within a day of the predicted delivery), and although I was a little alarmed at the plastic sheathing (only) packaging, the item was in great shape and not damaged at all during shipping.
