The chair cushions are absolutely perfect, including the matching of the plaid COM fabric I sent. I paid for expedited service--by the time I discovered your site I had limited time before I needed the cushions for a move out of state. I received everything well within the time frame promised. I will definitely use you for my other upcoming cushion needs. (The throw pillows I ordered turned out well also.) Based on a call I received prior to my order being put into production about the intended use of the cushions, it was obvious that each order receives a high level of personal attention.

Cushions not as deep as described for the high end fill. Definitely could have used an extra inch of foam to really fill out my leather covers.
