Customer Reviews

Excellent product, well made, color matched to samples... Extremely satisfied. Customer service was great.

Thank you for the custom cushion! We have a 19 year old wicker love seat that needed an upgrade cushion! After trying different cushions that did not fit the chair, we were glad to find you! We are very happy with the cushion from you!!!

I was a little hesitant at first about ordering. I figured new cushions was the way to go as the sofa is rugged built. I knew I'd never find a sofa built that rugged today. I started to look around on the internet and ran across your site. You made the process rather simple and easy. Basically all I had to do was make sure of my measurements. Long story short I am very pleased with the cushions. I wasn't sure about the pattern I chose but it is what I thought. I was in hopes of something more along the line of mossy oak pattern to go with my recliner. I like the pattern and it just seems to brighten the room. Also I was told shipment was approximately Nov. 27th and I had them Nov.22nd.Would recommend you to anyone.

Got a call saying that my dimensions were not the same as the template I sent and it would mean a price increase. However, when I instructed that the template dimensions were correct, the price was reduced rather than increased. All received in good order.

Excellent cushion. Well made and exactly to measure. I will use cushionsouce in the future!

Definitely will use your service again! Cushion is lovely and fits perfectly!

Turned out great

Very comfortable

I was very happy with my throw pillows and bolsters. Good price and good quality.

Perfect. The best quality and very well done.

It was important that we could get samples of the possible materials and they came promptly. When I ordered the cushions, I was a little leary that the "expedited" might not be reliable, but was delighted when the cushions showed up much sooner than I expected. They are very well made and attractive. The directions for measuring were clear and easy to follow. We are very happy with the process and the product. We needed them because the chairs did not have enough elevation.

Loved it.

Our order arrived earlier than expected. The quality of workmanship and material was above our expectations. Very happy with the quality of the cushion firmness. Quite impressed with the service. I had trouble adding to the original order placed for the larger cushion. Couldn't find how to add 2 additional smaller cushions. Just a on line glitch I supposed. Called on the following Monday to check order placement. It was handled perfectly, Great service representative. Good to see Old fashioned good business service again! Thank you for a great job.

My cushions are perfect and I am very pleased with them. They are well made and firm enough that you don't sink into them.

Everything was great.

Excellent quality of construction and materials

Cushions are top quality and match original in fit.

Doing business with Cushion Source has been a real pleasure. I am very pleased with the quality of the cushions and the personal touch when interacting with the staff. Would not consider using any other cushion company in the future. Well done team.

Your products are outstanding!

This process was so easy from start to finish. We picked out the fabric from the online selections, sent in the measurements of our seats and just a few weeks later, the cushions arrived looking beautiful and fit perfectly. We got exactly what we needed and they look great!
