Very expensive, especially the postage; but I know the merchandise is really good quality. Of course, if it stands the test of time, and the AZ sun, I could give a review that would be worth something... but that will take some time.

Cushion Source is AWESOME in every way! Quality is superb, price is great and speed is surprisingly fast. In addition, phone support I received really sealed the deal! I had questions about the fabric choices and design which were answered expertly. The advice they gave me was priceless. I ordered 6 custom cushions for my new built-in dining room banquette which are PERFECT for my space. This was the third time I've used Cushion Source for both indoor and outdoor cushions.

I absolutely would recommend cushion source. I did feel overwhelmed at first a wonderful person named Peggy helped me she sent samples to me immediately. It took me a while to decide, but I came back and she helped me figure it all out. I couldn't have asked for better customer service from her. She really represented the company beyond

I would tell my friends this is the place to have the highest quality work done! The fabric I chose is perfect in quality, and true to the description on the website. When the cushions arrived, the Workmanship was so professional! The zippers were installed perfectly, and all the corners were crisp and straight, and fit the foam cushions to a T. I have had cushions made for this window seat before, and they never came out so well as with Cushion Source. It was easy to order on the website, and the measuring and ordering directions were clear and concise. I was amazed at how quickly I received my order, even though it was not standard.

Cushion Source is reliable and focused on high quality and excellent customer service. I was impressed with Cushion Source's customer service and dedication to providing a good customer experience. I commend Shay who contacted me after receiving the fabric we (my husband and I) selected for deep seating cushions, and informed me that there was a flaw in the pattern. The replacement yardage also had the same flaw. Shay recommended we select an alternative fabric (and would provide recommendations if we wanted). My husband and I selected an alternative fabric for our order that was slightly higher in price than the original one we had selected. Shay replied that Cushion Source had adjusted the cost so no additional balance was due. I was impressed with the excellent service Shay had provided: attentiveness, timely communications, and working with the customer. Additionally, despite the change in fabric, we received our order on the original estimated delivery date. Shay reflects well on Cushion Source, and the whole experience demonstrated the company's commitment to quality and excellent customer service.
