Our neck cushions are absolutely perfect. We are using them on our lanai Merlin Gardens chairs. They are absolutely perfect and the sunbrella fabric is beautiful.

Customer service was very responsive and helped me change my measurements shortly after I ordered and realized they were not correct. They also helped me when the order arrived but was the wrong color! It was fantastic to talk to a live person and both ladies I spoke with were extremely helpful! In short this was the best customer service I have received in recent years! The new material was shipped in a timely manner too! Well made cushions. They are slightly too full for my liking as I am using them as seat cushions and I will replace the filling with something less bulky. Overall I am satisfied with my purchase.
