This was my third or fourth "major" order with Cushion Source and I would give every order a 5 star rating, both for the products themselves and for the customer service from their team. On my latest order, for a fairly large window seat cushion, Cushion Source contacted me directly to discuss my fabric and welting selections and to work with me on receiving swatches to confirm the match of the two fabrics. I received my custom cushion in less time than some of the leadtimes for typical online retailers.
