First your customer service was top notch! We loved the cushions and fast service on the delivery. The delivery of the fabric order was very swift. The cushions came just as I had finished up my DIY. The customer service is outstanding! Thank you for answering the phone. So many businesses have quit doing this. I had so many questions on the cushion shape, size and adding a button to the cushion back. You always answered all my questions. One of the most important tips was to add 2" all the way around to the cushion back to the measurements I took. I would not have known to do this and ordered it wrong. This was because when you fill the pillow it makes it smaller than your original measurement. Thank you!! My cushions are fabulous and gorgeous!!! We will always be a customer with you!
