We received the cushion earlier than expected, so that was great. It was packaged well. The measurements were perfect, so it fits very well in our bay window seat. The quality of the sewing and the material are both great. It was an expensive item for us, but we are very pleased. The turnaround time was kind of long, but we understood that it was a custom item and it was the holidays so you had a lot of orders. It was great that you delivered ahead of schedule (under-promise and over-deliver works!). We may end up eventually ordering another cushion for another bay window seat that we have.
Process to order and complete order was extremely easy! It seemed like I missed something - but everything arrived perfectly. One issue was the plastic wrap used to cover the cushion during shipping. It had torn during shipping. I was concerned that the cushion may have been damaged, but everything was good.
