Although I was not pleased with the cushion foam I received, the people at the online store immediately sent me a replacement of excellent quality which I am enjoying (while writing this comment). I am still surprised and pleased to receive this level of customer service.

This is the second time I've ordered from Cushion Source. This time I had a broad t-shaped chair cushion that had given up the ghost a year ago but I was unsure of ordering a custom cushion based on a template that I created. It is perfect! I was a little hesitant at first about ordering. I figured new cushions was the way to go as the sofa is rugged built. I knew I'd never find a sofa built that rugged today. I started to look around on the internet and ran across your site. You made the process rather simple and easy. Basically all I had to do was make sure of my measurements. Long story short I am very pleased with the cushions. I wasn't sure about the pattern I chose but it is what I thought. I was in hopes of something more along the line of mossy oak pattern to go with my recliner. I like the pattern and it just seems to brighten the room. Also I was told shipment was approximately Nov. 27th and I had them Nov.22nd.Would recommend you to anyone.
Got a call saying that my dimensions were not the same as the template I sent and it would mean a price increase. However, when I instructed that the template dimensions were correct, the price was reduced rather than increased. All received in good order.

It was important that we could get samples of the possible materials and they came promptly. When I ordered the cushions, I was a little leary that the "expedited" might not be reliable, but was delighted when the cushions showed up much sooner than I expected. They are very well made and attractive. The directions for measuring were clear and easy to follow. We are very happy with the process and the product. We needed them because the chairs did not have enough elevation.

I had trouble adding to the original order placed for the larger cushion. Couldn't find how to add 2 additional smaller cushions. Just a on line glitch I supposed.
