We made a template for our front porch rocking chairs on the recommendation of customer service. I could not be happier with the cushions; they're comfortable and fit our rocking chairs perfectly.

ALL the items I ordered were somewhat custom. I was concerned something may arrive and not work. Nope! Everything was ordered and arrived with NO issues! So happy! I would tell anyone the customer service team is very helpful no matter who you get when you call. Easy to order, even custom items. AND it all arrived exactly as needed. Everything fit perfectly!

I stumbled upon Cushion Source during a desperate attempt to find a seat cushion. Initially tried to make one but my attempt failed because the cushion that I made was like having no cushion at all. The cushion that you made for me has a professional, pretty, appearance and is very comfortable. Order with confidence. The recommendations for measuring are good online but it was better to speak with someone over the phone. My new cushions fit perfectly. Getting fabric samples was also very convenient. The customer service person I spoke to knew her stuff and gave me great advice.
