Our Optimal Comfort Chair Cushions provide your seating with pure luxury. Your chairs will surely become your favorite place to relax and entertain. Our Optimal Comfort fill is comprised of four layers:

  • Foam Core
  • Layer of Gel Memory Foam on top and bottom
  • Plush batting on top and bottom
  • Liner by Hanes

Sunbrella, Robert Allen, Premier Prints, and Outdura are a few of the many high quality fabrics we offer. If you are unable to find a fabric to complete your design, you can also use your own fabric or COM (Customer's Own Material). Optional welting, ties, etc. are available to perfect your design.

Optimal Comfort Cushions

Optimal Comfort CushionsOptimal Comfort cushions are comprised of four components: a foam core; a layer of Memory Foam MicroGel; a layer of batting on top and bottom; all enclosed in a zippered liner (shell). The batting on top and bottom allows the cushion to be flipped whenever necessary. These cushions are extremely comfortable and will hold their shape over time.
