I am EXTREMELY satisfied with my bench cushion! We had a wedding rehearsal dinner scheduled for our home in late mid-August and had had a new window seat built in the family room. The first cushions I ordered were not custom to the size (86" long) and were a horrible fit. Then I found Cushion Source on the internet, picked a color of fabric out from the website, entered the bench dimensions and it arrived PERFECT! I was apprehensive about the color, and it was spot on the computer picture. But even more amazing, the order time I had was so short, I was concerned that the cushion would not arrive in time for our rehearsal. I called and spoke with Trisha, told her my plight, and she was very accommodating and helpful, contacted the person in charge at the location where the cushion was to be made, and called me back the next day to say that they would try their best to get the product to me! I was very impressed. The cushion was even wrapped very very well for shipping. Thank you Trisha, and everyone!!!
