We ordered a window seat cushion for our new home. When it arrived, though beautiful it was thicker then we had ordered. I contacted the company, sent a few photos and they were quick to resolve the issue. We sent back the cushion and it was made thinner and quickly returned to us. The new cushion looks great. I think the fact that you were so willing to remedy the situation is a rare thing to find in most companies. I would definitely suggest Cushion Source to friends and family.

Was expecting to see a seam in the middle of the pattern and was not able to detect one. Not sure how you sewed a 90-plus inch width cushion with stripes running front to back without a seam visible somewhere in the middle. Wonderful..thank you!
