When I received my order is was incorrect. The ties of the cushion were on the second break and corners of the last cushion (i ordered 2 cushions for steamer chaises). I contacted Blake who requested pictures. After receiving them & seeing the order was not correct, he immediately sent out call tags to return the covers to have them corrected. Within 10 days, I received the reworked cushions. I appreciated the prompt response and quick turn around. Not everyone you do business with is so cooperative. the problem was solved quickly and without any hassle. Mistakes happen. I'm very grateful Blake was so helpful and Cushion Source made it all good. By the way, the cushions feel great and look wonderful. Thanks again.
I was extremely satisfied with my deep seat cushion set. Having it custom made and fit so well was a wonderful surprise. The workmanship is perfect. I used the cushions in my bedroom on a wooden chair frame which was part of my first living room set. I'm sorry I gave the couch away, the chair recycled beautifully. I also ordered a yard of sunbrella fabric for an old foot stool in my living room. Love it. And your service was great. Thank you

We needed cushions for built-in benches in our newly remodeled kitchen. A local place wanted to charge us $2300 for the 4 basic cushions. The ones we got from cushion source are fabulous, the fabric choices were just as nice, delivery was the day promised, and we are quite happy have spent one quarter of what the local place wanted.
