My cushions are beautiful and the window seat fits perfectly. I'd like to commend Shay in Customer Service for all her help. My original template was lost in transit or in your move to new headquarters. Shay sent me a FedEx shipping label to resend, expedited my order, and extended me a discount. Shay did everything I can imagine to set my situation straight. This is not my first order with Cushion Source, and it won't be my last.

I'm really enjoying the custom cushions. The design tools helped give me confidence as well as some of the Sample pictures to get a sense of quality. Further, I was specifically looking for a specific sunbrella fabric to match the rest of my furniture; so really quite please.
Extremely pleased with the custom cushion made for my teak glider. The web site rounded up or down in increments of 1/2 inch. In the comments I noted the width of my cushion was 42 1/4 inches, so you made the cushion exactly 42 1/4 inches wide. Such a nice custom fit! Thank you!
