Bess was a tremendous help. Not only did she send me a fedex label to overnight a new template, but she also made sure I had the cushions by the desired date. I very much appreciated her help.
The cushion is great and exceeded our expectations. It is on a metal bench at the foot of our bed. We never sat on the bench as it was always hard and cold. Now we love it. The cushion is high quality, fits well and the foam is great, nice and firm but still very soft and comfortable.
