The cushions are very comfortable. The seat cushion was supposed to have ties, but they don't. So far that is not a problem. Ordering online was easy and the customer service was excellent. The cushions came on the expected date.

The cushion is beautiful and very well made. The size is PERFECT! It looks very nice on top of my blanket chest. I really appreciate you waiving the fabric samples fee on the 5 swatches I wanted to see, and for sending those samples so I could see them before I ordered. I actually went with my last choice of fabric because once I saw them I didn't like my initial choices. It's a good thing I got them first or I might not have cared for the color/texture of the cushion. As it is, I LOVE the cushion and the color/texture.
