The chaise lounge cushions were beyond my expectations. My lounge is over 60 years old and the seat was a custom size using a window seat cushion and the s chair back cushion. I chose the black and white striped fabric with a black double welt and black ties. Bob Winter was kind enough to help me with my concern of the stripes matching since I was ordering 2 separate items. The detail and workmanship of the cushions is excellent. The price was very reasonable for the quality of the product received. My experience was exceptional!

Cushion for the love seat was 4 inches to small I left a message and received a prompt reply the next day that fedex will pick up Mon. and return and it will be replaced. Which I think is great kudos to you for the great customer service. I just hope it will be put through in a timely manner as I would love to use it with the rest of my pieces.The material looks good and the pieces recommended to fit together go well it is always hard to tell from a picture but they work great.

We have a very large oak piece we had someone make for our tall entry way. It is a storage bench, with lots of space for old photo albums. We had a hard time finding a cushion to fit because it is so large. It is a perfect fit, and just beautiful. We love it!!
