I ordered 3 individual cushions for built-in benches in a remodeled dining room. Cushion Source took the measurements I gave them, and with the fabric that I had chosen, made beautiful custom cushions for our new room. I chose a 3 inch foam insert for the cushions and I am extremely happy I did! Each cushion is precision made, and they fit perfectly. I HIGHLY recommend Cushion Source and their products. The cushions look great and appear to be repelling the thunderstorms we are having, hopefully they will hold up! I appreciated your customer service rep calling to check the dimensions. Our previous cushions were a different style and so the old dimensions that I sent in would not have worked well with your style. One of the hazards of having something made or buying over the internet is that your cannot see what you are buying of course. Thanks to your rep, the pillows came out as they should - nice to see someone using their common sense when something doesn't appear correct. They could have easily used my specifications and sent it to me and I would have been stuck with odd size cushions. So thanks!
