The cushions are great and very comfortable. The cording was done well and the striped pattern I picked out was matched and sewn perfectly. I am extremely pleased with my purchase and feel that your prices are competitive with local stores. I could have custom ordered cushions there as well, but yours shipped sooner than they would have if I had ordered them locally. Thank you for a great product and nice customer service, too.
We ordered from your sight and were hoping to get our cushions in time for a party before we left for vacation. One of the materials we selected was back-ordered and the delivery date was changed so that our order would arrive after our party and while we were out of town on vacation. I explained the situation to your customer service person, She said she would check with production and do what she could . The cushions arrived the day before our party. They are great and we are enjoying them very much. I appreciate the great service and would recommend Cushion Source anytime.
Great cushion - I'm a satisfied customer
I am very pleased with the quality of the cushions I ordered. The fabric was as described (Sunbrella) though the stripe was smaller than I anticipated. Still a very very nice product. I was also surprised by the fact that these have zippers, which is a HUGE bonus. I eventually called customer service for some help determining the correct size. Your customer service was thoughtful, helpful, and concerned that I would be pleased with my purchase. Bravo for using an American worker!
