Very satisfied. Love the cushions, fabric is gorgeous. VERY IMPRESSED WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE. I'd originally wanted the obverse side of material showing. Due the type of weave this made it difficult to work with and would likely result in fraying on the end product. Cushion Sources customer service contacted me, told me of the issue and asked what I would like to do (offering a few suggestions of their own). Once the change was made, I anticipated a substantial delay in receipt. But no, my cushions all arrived on time and well packaged.
The new cushions are absolutely wonderful. They fit perfectly and really add an elegant touch to our patio and pool furniture. We inspected the cushions very carefully and they were free of any defects or blemishes.
