Available in 4" to 8" thicknesses, our replacement sofa cushions can be covered with your choice of any of our high quality fabrics, like Sunbrella and Robert Allen. If you are unable to find the best fabric for your seating, we also offer you the opportunity of sending in the Customer's Own Material (COM). To accentuate your cushions, we also offer optional welting that is sure to add extra charm.

Cushion Height
Measure the height of the cushions as the bottom to top measurement when standing in front of the furniture where the cushions will be placed. We accept whole and half-inch increments only.
Total Cushion Width
Measure the total width of all cushions as the left to right measurement when standing in front of the furniture where the cushions will be placed. We accept whole, half, and quarter-inch (.25 or .75) increments only. A zipper will be placed along the width of each cushion.
Vertical
Directional fabrics will run from front to back (top to bottom)
Horizontal
Directional fabrics will run from side to side (left to right)
Box Edge
Cushion will have a seam around the top and bottom edges and is available in a broader range of thicknesses.
Plush Fill (Indoor/Outdoor)
Plush Fill consists of loose poly fiber in the center, wrapped in 2 oz. poly fiber batting, enclosed in a cotton shell. It is specifically designed for seat backs to provide that plush, pillow-like fill you can sink into. Once filled with poly fiber, the height and width will be less than the measurements ordered. Thickness measurements are taken seam to seam. The loft on each side of your cushion could be up to 2 inches greater than your specified thickness. More Info
Foam + Batting (Button Option) (Indoor)
Foam fill is only recommended for indoor applications since water may be retained in the foam for longer periods of time. Batting is added to the top and bottom of the foam to give the cushion an elegant, rounded look. Thickness measurements are taken seam to seam. The loft on each side of your cushion could be up to 1 inch greater than your specified thickness. More Info
Optimal Comfort (Indoor/Covered Outdoor)
Optimal Comfort fill consists of a foam inner core with a layer of gel memory foam on top and bottom, fully wrapped in batting, enclosed in a liner with zipper. *Please note that we recommend Optimal Comfort for indoor or COVERED OUTDOOR USAGE only and not areas that will be rained on heavily. Thickness measurements are taken seam to seam. The loft on each side of your cushion could be up to 1 inch greater than your specified thickness. More Info
