The custom cushion I ordered is just beautiful. It is exactly as I ordered and looks wonderful on the built-in bench in my mudroom.

I was extremely impressed with the outstanding professionalism and attention to detail exhibited not only by your website, but also by your staff who assisted me with an inquiry as I was preparing to place my order. I was ecstatic to find Cushion Source! I had been trying to work with a nearby furniture store (where I had originally purchased my sofa) and also one of their upholsterers to ascertain if replacement cushion inserts could be obtained for our sleeper-sofa. Not only was the furniture store unable to obtain replacements from the original sofa company, but additionally, the upholsterer declined to make the custom cushion inserts. We love the sofa, and I was on a mission to locate quality replacement cushion inserts. After spending at least 8 hours on the internet trying to locate a reputable company, I found Cushion Source! Thank goodness! Your website, your staff, the ordering process, the notifications, and also the delivery/receipt process was outstanding. More importantly, the cushions are absolutely perfect! They fit perfectly and the attention to detail was exemplary! The Optimal Comfort Fill replacement fills have been in use for a week now, and we are quite pleased! Kudos to Cushion Source!
