Ordered a sample and it was not the color I wanted. I thought my journey with you was over. However, a customer service rep, Christie Parente, took the time to reach out to me by email and told me that she was willing to work with me if I made the call. Well I did. Your company sent me more samples to choose from and I did order a window seat cushion. If Christie would not have taken the extra mile I would not have known what a great company you are.
The cushions arrived as scheduled and look great. They are very well made and a perfect fit for my settee. While the fabric was much lighter than pictured on the website, it coordinates great with my room. If I'd given myself more time in advance, I would have ordered a swatch or two. But I'm very happy with the fabric choice even though it is lighter than I was expecting.
